Overview:

The latest acquisition to our portfolio is our 17.5% stake in Appletiser SA. This acquisition is another feather in the Group’s cap under the food and beverages sector. The Group purchased the 17.5% equity in the Cape Town-based fruit juice manufacturing company from ASA owners, Coca Cola Beverages Africa. Further, it is a pleasure to have kept the new shareholding within the Eastern Cape and it heralds Port Elizabeth and the Group as forces to be reckoned with.
